Welcome to PermitPilot Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our software-as-a-service application. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Tiers and Billing
- Services: PermitPilot Pro provides an AI-guided intake interface to streamline the preparation of building permit documentation.
- Billing: We offer three service tiers: Simple ($99/project), Pro ($249/project), and Enterprise ($499/project). All billing is handled via our partner, Creem.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Use of AI and Disclaimer of Legal / Governmental Authority
- No Official Affiliation: PermitPilot Pro is an independent, private software application. We are not an official government agency, building department, or municipality.
- Permit Approvals: While our AI tools are designed to optimize and streamline permit package preparation, we do not guarantee final permit approval by your local jurisdiction. Final compliance, accuracy of submissions, and adherence to local building codes remain the sole responsibility of the user.
